Whos is this Athreya? Apparently a SERVING IAS officer? He should be sacked. That's complete violation of the conduct rules.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand if he resigns and joins FTI or some such thing then he is fine.
One can't be serving a corrupt government and then pretend one is not responsible.
