That was the title of one of my paper which I had presented at a national seminar at BANISS!
That is what Prof S. Ambirajan also said while writing a book review that “A person who may not be able to sign his name in paper will nevertheless have a thorough grip over interest rates, profitability ratios, geometrical proportions and other such mathematical knowledge needed for both his economic relationships and constructional activities.”

Because in a community it never dominate if they are treated as equal one and all in participation.
