Focus must on such spending, not on tax cuts

Hardly any libertarian disputes, the Indian with what Mr Aiyar says “Mukherjee….. must step up spending on infrastructure, especially rural infrastructure, which will combat the recession while strengthening the foundation for future growth.” 

But I am sure almost everyone will disagree with what Mr Aiyar says Mukherjee “focus must on such spending, not on tax cuts.”
